An Exterior, Inc. has grown in terms of volume and scope of work in the past 20 years effectively focusing on the fundamental values of exceptional service, professionalism and high quality workmanship. We have expanded from our services from Northern Virginia to Washington D.C., West Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland.

Commercial

Our company’s commercial department specializes on condominiums, multi-family housing, apartment buildings, office/retail units, education and health care buildings. We have experience with a number of different kinds of roofing systems, including steep slope roofs like asphalt shingle roof, slate roof,synthetic slate roof, metal roof, metal shingle roof to low slope roofs like single-ply roof membrane (EPDM, TPO and PVC), SBS multi-ply roof system, modified SBS roof system and decking membrane systems. Our company has a separate siding group who is experience in the installation of different kinds of siding systems including vinyl, wood, aluminum and fiber cement siding.

Certifications

We are Certified Installers for the leading commercial roofing and siding manufacturers such as Firestone Building products, Carlisle products, Duradek, GAF Corporation, Sarnafil, Certainteed, Alcoa and Tamko products. An Exterior guarantees the availability of materials to meet the needs of all of our clients with the support from our reliable and prompt suppliers such as ABC Supply, The Roof Center, Morris Ginsberg Supply, Ted Lansing, Mid Atlantic and Allied Building Products.

Our team is certified with MDOT and have MBE, DBE and ACDBE Certification # 03-330. We also have MWAA DBE Certification # DB 2011-0064-2014. With great dedication to quality of our services, we have maintained good relationship with our many clients.
